CAB Reviews is one of the few modules that actually lives in the left sidebar, under Change Mgmt — most other modules here are in a top-bar dropdown instead.

Sidebar → Change Mgmt → CAB Reviews.
What to try
- View the KPI strip (open / approved / rejected / withdrawn counts).
- As admin, configure quorum in CAB Board Settings at the bottom of the page.
- If a review exists, cast a vote.
Admins and managers (sarah.ops@demo.io) can vote, but only on reviews they are a designated reviewer for — anyone else gets a "not a designated reviewer" refusal. No reviews are seeded, so expect "No open reviews" until one is routed to CAB from a change.
