Three tabs: ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, and Jira Software. All start blank in the sandbox — there's no live external system to actually sync against here, but the connection-test flow itself is real. ServiceNow also has an AI-only mode: PulseServe reads the records for analysis and never writes back.

What to try
- Fill in an instance URL and credentials on any tab and click Test Connection to see the real validation flow (it will fail without a real target — that's expected).
A one-time import from a database, file export or graph store (for example ArangoDB or Neo4j) is done in Data Migration Studio instead — see that guide.
