PulseServe is an AI-native IT service management platform. It combines the record-keeping of a traditional ITSM tool (incidents, changes, problems, a CMDB) with an automation layer that correlates alerts, triages tickets, diagnoses root cause, and proposes remediation — before a human opens a single dashboard.
The platform is built around one idea: automate the repetitive 80% of incident response, and keep a human firmly in charge of the 20% that actually requires judgment. Every AI-driven step that could affect production is gated behind a confidence threshold or an explicit human approval.
What it replaces
PulseServe is not a notification router bolted onto a ticketing system. It is meant to replace the combination of a generic ITSM tool, a separate alerting/on-call tool, and the manual dashboard-hopping that usually happens between "an alert fired" and "an engineer understands why."
Who uses it
Access is organized around persona tiers rather than a flat admin/user split — see Personas & Access Tiers for the full breakdown. In short: administrators and managers see the whole platform; support tiers L1.5 through L5 each see a workspace scoped to their level of the escalation ladder; and employees outside IT use a separate, simplified self-service portal to submit and track requests.
Where to go next
- New to the platform — start with Personas & Access Tiers to understand what you will see when you log in.
- Responding to incidents — read The Incident Lifecycle, then the AI Triage, RCA, and Remediation pages.
