Workflow Automation (Flow Designer)

A real rules/automation engine — triggers, actions, and state transitions, not just status-field CRUD.

Flow Designer is the other module that lives in the actual left sidebar, under Change Mgmt.

Where to find it

Sidebar → Change Mgmt → Flow Designer.

Definitions tab: click + New Definition to open the visual flow builder (states, transitions, trigger conditions). The default template targets incidents where priority = critical.
Active Instances tab: see workflows currently running.
Approvals tab: see any pending approval steps.

Starts empty — this is a build-your-first-workflow walkthrough, not a pre-populated library.
