Report Builder runs live queries against the sandbox's real seeded incidents, problems, changes, and service requests, so results actually populate even though no reports are pre-saved.
Where to find it
Top bar → Insights dropdown → Report Builder.
What to try
- Drag a dimension (e.g. Priority) into Rows and a metric into Values.
- Click the play icon to run the report against real sandbox data.
- Save it as a named report, or export it.
