A compliance-relevant module: set a retention window per module, preview exactly what would be purged, and only then confirm.

Log in as admin, then the gear icon (Settings) → System section → Data Retention card.
What to try
- Set a retention window in days for a module (Incidents, Problems, Changes, Releases, or Service Requests).
- Click Preview to see what would be purged without deleting anything.
- Try the Purge action — it requires typing a confirmation phrase in a modal before anything actually happens.
Safe to click through in full — the confirmation step means nothing is deleted by accident, and it's a good example of how seriously the platform treats destructive actions.
