No business services are pre-seeded, so this is a build-your-first walkthrough on top of the seeded CMDB, incidents and changes.
Where to find it
Top bar → Infrastructure dropdown → Service Map. Reliability Passports is in the left sidebar under Change Mgmt.
What to try
- Service Map: click + New Service and add CIs to it — for example checkout-api and prod-payments-db from Scenario 1.
- Check the health roll-up and the completeness gaps the map points out.
- Click Reliability Passport on the service to see its summary, health timeline, change outcomes before and after each change, and how durable each fix has been.
Change outcomes are shown as association, not proof — the passport says when there is not enough data to judge a change.
